Overview

Juneau Utilities is your locally owned and operated electric, water and wastewater utility, serving over 1,000 customers in Juneau.

Utility payments can be dropped off 24/7 at the drop box located at City Hall, mailed to or paid in person at City Hall; only cash and check are accepted but do not leave cash in the drop box.
To pay your bill by credit card, please click here. Please note there is a processing fee for online payments.

Utility payments are also accepted at Landmark Credit Union and Farmers & Merchants Union Bank.
